<br />Attorney Lynden reco~mended Councl! adoption of tho ordinance as sub-
<br />mitted, except to change the heading to conform with the standard form
<br />for ~illage ordinances.

<br />Mayor Crepoau stated the Greater Metropolitan Federation had planned
<br />to have representation at the meeting regardIng the proposed ordinance.

<br />After a brief discussion, Crichton moved, seconded by Herrick, that

<br />Councl iman Olmen presented specifications fOl" tho sealcoatlng of
<br />approximatoly one-fourth of the Village streets, and moved that the
<br />Council approve the specifications and authorize advertisement for
<br />bids; bid opening to be at 11:00 a.m., friday, June I, 1973, at the
<br />VI! lago Hal I by the Clerk and Vi Ilage Engineer; motion was seconded
<br />by Herrick and carrIed unenlmously.

<br />some of the responsibility for this problonl. Motion carried unanimously.
