VBlent!na-Park DrainaR~ Councilman Herrick referred the Councl I to the Parks and Recreation minutes of May 8, 1973, and suggested that Mr. Buckley, Bud Johansen, the agricultural proTe!?sor f'"om the UnlverslTV of ~linnesota and a representative from the Ramsey County EngIneer's office meet re this drainage problem and report to the Counct I as soon as possible. Warming House Donation Councilman Herrick advised that the Parks and Recreation Department would like to move the library building, donated by Ramsey County, to Valentine Psrk to replace tho present warming house. He said the. mtimated cost of moving the structure Is $300.00 (maximum).
