<br />members contacted, voting In favor 0' recommending approvaD of
<br />the Variance, In accordance with the amended plans submitted
<br />and dated August 28, 1912, end ~ member (Stoddard) voting In
<br />opposition.

<br />st~t6d that h. is cpposad to varJances where there doesn't
<br />seem ta bs a real hardship; however, In view of the recommen-
<br />datlol1s af the BOl.ll'"d ot Appelllls and of ttlll> P~allUllng Commission,
<br />he Is willing to go along with It. He tberefore moved that
<br />this variance be gtanted, In ~cco',d~nce with the plans dated
<br />August 28, i972. The motlan unanimously carried.
