<br />. <br />. <br /> <br />copy to: Counci I <br />Ri chard Myers 7/6/72 <br /> <br />.."; <br /> <br />Extract of ~~nutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey county, ~~nnesota <br />June 26, 1972 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, ~unnesota, was <br /> <br /> <br />held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 26th day of <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />June, 1972, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: I~yor Crepeau and Council- <br />men Hollenhorst, Olman, Henderson and Herrick. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />The Village Clerk Administrator presented an affidavit showing <br /> <br />publication of notice of hearing on proposed Street Improvement No. <br /> <br />72-3 in accordance with the resolution adopted May 22, 1972, which <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed <br />to be filed by the Clerk Administrator. The Village Clerk <br />Administrator also exhibited a Certificate of ~ailing Notice of <br /> <br />Hearing to all affected property owners, which certificate was <br />examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed <br />by the Clerk Administrator. <br />The Mayor then directed the Clerk Administrator to read the <br />description of the general natu~e and estimated cost of the proposed <br /> <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated <br />in the published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all <br /> <br />persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the names <br /> <br />and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the Council, and <br /> <br /> <br />the substance of the views presented by them were as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />;, <br />
