EngIneer lund said both he and <br />the f'ubu Ic Works maintenance department recently looked at the prop- <br />erty. lie said the prOblem now Is caused ~ecause the underground <br />Village drainage pipe Is frozen. James Adams. motion carried unanimously. Attorney <br />Courtney advised thE!
