Mr. Partridge is to appear before the Planning <br />Commhs~on an April 4, 1912 ..,!to final plans for the proJect. <br /> <br />Drainage - 3946 Glenvlew Avenue <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. John Canniff, 3946 Glonvlew Avenue, complained of flood- <br />Ing In their yard after every rain. EngIneer lund said both he and <br />the f'ubu Ic Works maintenance department recently looked at the prop- <br />erty. lie said the prOblem now Is caused ~ecause the underground <br />Village drainage pipe Is frozen. James Adams. motion carried unanimously. Attorney <br />Courtney advised thE! Adams that the petition mllY have to be amended <br />prior to the hearing date because he reCalls that a part of Mound <br />Avenue was vacated previously. <br /> <br />McD~Dald & Associates <br /> <br />A Demand for Arl>ltrl!itlon, dated tJ'arch 24, 1972, fl led by ~lc(lonald <br />& AssocIates, was referred to Atty. Courtney.
