The report Gstlmated <br />the project cost to be $200,000 and that assessments of $420 per <br />acre and $7.50 per front foot be charged. Using this proposal, the <br />Arden ~anor cost for the Improvement would be $47,580.00. The assess- <br />ments raised with this proposal total $116,495 of the total $200,000 <br />estimated cost. EngIneer Lund recommended that the 5200,000 cost <br />estimate be given closer study. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. James Adams stated he felt the cost for such water might be too <br />high and that he could furnish water for his project with a private <br />12" Hell, which would be In addition to his existing 8" well. Herrick, that approval <br />be gIven the Elde Terrace final plat, as submitted wIth Case No. 72-6, <br />subject to the following condl'tlons: <br /> <br />I. Receipt or a performance bond fn 'the amount of $24,188 'to <br />guarantee Installation and completion of al I Improvements <br />In accordance wtfh plans and specifications prepared by <br />the VIllage Engineer. <br /> <br />2. Approval of the final plat by the Villape Engineer and the <br />VI liege Attorney. <br /> <br />3. Conditions listed by the Planning Commission on March 20, <br />1972. <br /> <br />2. Clarification of the existence or non-existence of a power <br />line easement on the plat, or showIng such easement on the <br />plat map. <br /> <br />3.
