The Metro Sewer Board's use of sewer funds for sewers <br />In distant areas at a cost to Immediate communities. <br />llnd <br />2. GRAY HENDERSON - finance and Lands and Buildings <br /> <br />Water Serylee to Mobile Home Court <br />Councilman Henderson reported recommendations of the Finance Committee <br />of March 9, 1972, and presented tGn Items brought out In commltt.e <br />discussion. The Committee recommended that, based on figures ayallable <br />to data. the project appears economlcal~y not feasible. They recom- <br />mended further study of the Improyement area expansion and aiternat. <br />methods of assessing mobl~. home courts. <br /> <br />Mr. HendGrson suggested that the Council not act on the matter now <br />and t~at Engineer Lu~d study further an Improvement area expansion <br />and an a~t.rnate method of e~p8n510n. <br /> <br />Councllm~n HoOO.nhorst reported that the original application for the <br />mobile hOMa court proposal Included plans for putting In an addItional <br />private ~.II; therefore, the munlclpaO water Is not essential to the <br />mohl'. home development. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CouncIlmen Henderson to draft a letter answering Yhe request Detter. <br /> <br />1972 Sub-committees <br />Chairman Berg reported. at the meeting of March 9, 1972, that Finance <br />Committee members Mill work on the folDowlng 1972 subcommittees: <br /> <br />Utility StUdy, Recreational Facilities. Licenses, Insurance <br />and Financial Reporting. <br /> <br />insurance Consultant <br />G. Henderson reported that the Committee felt that an Insurance <br />sub-committee and the Vlllag0 Onsurance Agent could substitute for <br />some of the services of the Insurance Consultant. The Council <br />determined that, upon completion of tho current assigned project, <br />the Insurance consultant's services will not be further needed. <br /> <br />-5- <br />
