Dear David, The City of Arden Hills has initiated the 2026 PMP Street and Utility Improvements project with the goal to rehabilitate various local streets and select trail segments, make improvements to select utilities, and clean sediment out of the various Karth Lake deltas located in the east-northeast portion of the city. This project will require a detailed analysis of the project area with technical design expertise to ensure the right solutions are developed into plans and specifications in an efficient manner.
