Inc. $749,908.51 <br />Northdale Construction Company, Inc. $763,251.07 <br />Pember Companies, Inc. $878,554.50 <br />Meyer Contracting Inc. $898,418.54 <br /> <br /> and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that New Look Contracting, Inc. of Rogers, Minnesota, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract <br />with New Look Contracting, Inc. of Rogers, Minnesota in the name of the City of Arden Hills for <br />the Lift Station 5 Forcemain Rehabilitation Project according to the plans and specifications <br />therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits <br />made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder <br />shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 10TH <br />DAY OF MARCH, 2025. <br /> <br />____________________________________ <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk
