To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfiche Weblink by visiting <br />cityofardenhills.org and clicking on Archived Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-025 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br />THE 2026 PMP STREET & UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Capital Improvement Program for the City of Arden Hills identifies <br />potential street and utility improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets: <br /> <br />Karth Lake Dr.; <br />Pleasant Drive (between south and north cul-de-sacs); <br />Pleasant Dr. (Amble Dr. to south cul-de-sac); <br />Pleasant Circle; <br />Amble Drive (Karth Lake Dr to Lexington Avenue); <br />Karth Lake Circle; <br />Cummings Park Drive; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />ARDEN HILLS MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement stated above shall be referred to as the 2026 PMP <br />(Pavement Management Program) Street & Utility Improvements Project for study and that <br />the Public Works Director/City Engineer is instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 10TH DAY OF MARCH, 2025. <br /> <br /> _____________________________________ <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />______________________________________ <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk
