<br />- <br />-' , <br /> <br />Minutes of Special Counci I ~eetlng <br />Page four <br /> <br />September 22, 1975 <br /> <br />Approval of OJT Employee Doug Ferrand <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Crichton, that Council approve the employ- <br />ment of Doug Ferrand as OJT employee at $2.50/hour, effective week of <br />September 22, 1975, as outlined In memo from Johansen dated 9-17-75. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Coast-to-Coast Sign Variance - Arden Plaza <br />'Wingert referred Councl I to memo from Squires re variance from C. G. <br />Rein Sign Criteria requirements. <br /> <br />After review of sign application and drawing of proposed sign, Wingert <br />moved, seconded by Crepeau, that Counci I approve a 38'6" long sign <br />with 2' high letters, as proposed on drawing dated 5-20-75; excluding <br />the 3' high "logo" at each end. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Approval of Payment for Park Surveys and Plans <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Feyereisen, that Council authorize pay- <br />ment of $600 to student landscape architects for park surveys and <br />plans received. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Aerial Maps <br />Crichton moved that Council request McNiesh to obtain cost and size of <br />an aerial map of Arden HI I Is (Including arsenal) from Metro Council, <br />for Council consideration. Motion was seconded by Feyerelsen and <br />carried unanimouSly. <br /> <br />John Kramer - Sick Leave Benefits <br />MCNiesh referred Council to her memo of 9-17-75 re John Kramer's <br />"on the Job" eye Injury. <br /> <br />Crichton moved, seconded by wingert, that Councll authorize payment <br />for Ii days of sick leave to John Kramer now; amount to be deducted <br />from earned sick leave after one year of employment.
