Motion carried unanlmous!y. <br /> <br />i~!:!.!:l:!l..:l R<~ Aui"hor I tL <br />Feyerftisen reported that it Is anticipated that Judges I'll I i submit deci- <br />sion re proposed rate Increase by the middle of September. <br /> <br />Lorenza Bus Service <br />Council-r:ec~uested M.cNiesh to send leTter to Lorenz Bus Ser,ljce, support- <br />ing ge,o,j service to this area, wIth copies to four legislators, Chairman <br />of ~etrD Council and Chairman of Metro Transit Commission. <br /> <br />Steai<ll1n <br />Wingert reported that landscaping has not been completed according to <br />plan at Steak Inn; some plantings have been substituted and some have <br />died; advised that no bond has been submitted. <br /> <br />After discussion, McNiesh was requested to advise Mr. Haga of the land- <br />scape d1screpencies and WIngert agreed to discuss the mattElr with Mr. <br />Hage, advising him of Council's concern re the landscaping problem. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />?chwab-Vollhaber Office Building <br />Wingert reported that the Schwab-Votlhaber Office Building has been given <br />its final Inspection by the Building Inspector and referlced Council to <br />mamo from Squires, Wingert reported that documentation required prior <br />to bu! Idlng occupancy, Is sti II outstanding. <br /> <br />Wingert agreed to advIse Mr. Schwab that pending required documentation <br />must be submitted befcre Councl i can authorize preparation of Certificate <br />of Occupancy by the Building Inspector. <br /> <br />Rice CrGek Watershed Meeting <br />Crichton reported he will meet with Rice Creek Watershed District at <br />7:45 a.m. at the Steak Inn on Tuesday, August 26th r8 progress on Lake <br />Johanne, outlet. <br /> <br />-6- <br />
