<br />construction and lighting of signs to not affect surrounding properties;
<br />signs to be located as Indiclted on site plan of Arden Manor dated
<br />5-22-75 (larger sign In lieu of formerly approved Arden Manor sign at
<br />Highway 10 entrance to Arden Manor, and smaller sign In close proximity

<br />McNiesh reviewed memo of 7/25/75. Council directed that an 8% Increm~nt
<br />be used for budgeting purposesl

<br />Resolution No. 75-28 re Firemen's Service Pensions
<br />Crichton moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Counel I approve Resolution
<br />No. 75-28, as amended, related to increase In firemen's service pensIons
<br />for the Lake Johanna Volunteer fire Department. Motion carried unani-
<br />mously.
