Park, which should be d1l ivered soon - a sand box wi II soon be Installed <br />and ~e' has r~ceived two bids for the hard-surface area <$1605 and $1500). <br /> <br />Moun'ds View High School ,'ennls Courts <br />Buckley reported that thi coin boxes ware stolen a week ago Saturday <br />(July 19th) from the ten"is courts at Mounds View High School; replace- <br />ment c.oin boxes will be i',stalled in about two weeks - electric wiring <br />has been altered to permi'use of I ights (without coins) temporari Iy; <br />lights are manually turnm. on and off each evening. <br /> <br />Annual Progress Report fo~ 1974-1975 <br />Buckl.y referred Council to his Annual Progress Report distributed <br />tonight for discussion at a later ~eeting. <br /> <br />E9uipment Purchase <br />After review of park aquipment purchase list, and discussion, Crichton <br />moved, seconded by W'JodbITI1, that Counci I authorize i-he purchase of <br />park equipment as listed (dated July 28, 1975), except the six. Agreeme"t <br />BUCkley reported t~ateach municipality Is required to pay' of-salary <br />of bui Iding ccr~dlnBtor ($;Ofr-$150/month), or S3.25/hour, for use of <br />school build!.gs. He said that Arden Hills u~es Valentine Hills, Ralph <br />Reeder, Johu'lIa Jr. and MOllnds View High Schools In Its program llctlvltles. <br /> <br />Councl I ez,ressed concern and confusion recharges made to municipalities <br />for pro~rjms actually coordinated by the School District Community <br />Educat;rl Department.
