Woodburn noted that about 55 neighbors <br />were notified of Public Hearing. Neighbors agreed they had <br />received this notice, objection was that this was "first notice" <br />of pending proposai. Crepeau said he will support motion, feels <br />building should be moved 50 feet from property line as <br />recommended by Pianning Comm~ssion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Case No. 75-20, Cardiac Pacemaker's, Inc. - Bui Idin~ Permit <br />Fredlund reviewed Planning Commission Minutes of July 1st <br />recommending approval of Issuance of the Bui Idlng Permit in <br />accordance with plans dated 7/1/75 subject to approval of Engineer <br />and resolution of school bus lane on west or discharge on Floral <br />Drive, Cardiac to provide right turn lane on east. He noted <br />that parking lot has been depressed, plan provides for low level <br />lighting, planting screen is provided on edge of parking lot off <br />Hamline. This parking area will be visitor parking eventually. <br /> <br />Wingert reported that Chatfield, District 621, felt it was safer <br />to have school bus stop in traffic lane. Discussion followed re <br />access road on Hamline crossing Highway easement; Architect stated <br />he'd had three conversations with State whe advise there's an <br />exchange of access, six month procedure, quit claim, Dieffendorfer <br />and Larson said the State wil I grant this. Crichton reviewed <br />Vi Ilage discussion with State re Highway easement. <br /> <br />Crichton mov~d, seconded by Wingert that Council approve issuance <br />of Building Permit for Parcel A In ~ccord .lth plans dated 7/1/75, <br />cash dedication of $23,000 for parks, open space etc to be made <br />before certificate of occupancy is issued. Seconded <br />by Woodburn. Motion carried unanimously. (Approval by Health <br />Officer not to be required for rubbish haulers untit licenses <br />renewed for 1976) <br /> <br />Claims and Payrol I <br />Council cQncurred that check no. 7718 should be charged to sewer <br />and water uti I i ty rather than Pub II c Works Reserve Fund. Feyereisen <br />moved, seconded by Wingert that Council approve payment of claims <br />as submitted. Mo-r-ion carried unanimously. (CoU'ncll also approved <br />payment of $96.A8 to New Brighton Hardware, check no. 7721). <br /> <br />Crichton moved approval of payroll as submitted, seconded by <br />Feyerelsen.
