Crepeau, Jr., Councilmen Robert Woodburn, <br />James Wingert, William feyerelsen, Charles Crichton. <br />Absent - None, <br />Also Presnet - Building Inspector larry Squires, Attorney James Lynden, <br />Treasurer Donald Lamb, Clerk Administrator Charlotte <br />McNiesh, Deputy Clerk Dorotyh Zehm. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />APPROVAL Of MINUTES <br /> <br />Special Counci I Meeting of June 16, 1975 <br />Wingert moved, seconded by feyereisen, that the Council approve <br />the Minutes of the Special Council Meeting of June 16, 1915, as <br />submitted. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Regular Council Meeting of May 27, 1915 <br />McNlesh noted a correction to the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting <br />of May 21, 1915, correcting the hourly rate for Ida Adair to $2.80/hr. <br />Council ,concurred with the correction, <br /> <br />BUSINESS FROM THE FLOOR <br />None':------- --- --- <br /> <br />REPORT Of BUILDING INSPECTOR LARRY SQUIRES <br /> <br />Blue Fox Inn <br />Squires reported that Mr, Goldberg is negotiating with Roberts <br />Proper,tles tor additional parking space for the Blue Fox Inn; <br />anticipates completion of landscaping and repair of present parking <br />lot at time new driveway area is constructed. <br /> <br />- <br />Council noted that artificial plantings have not been installed on <br />north side of bui Iding and some of the plantings on east side have <br />not been planted and/or have died; Squires to request that these <br />plantings be installed. <br /> <br />O'Connor Complaint <br />Squires reported he has requested that O'Connor ordinance vioiatloos <br />be corrected by July 15th 1915. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY JAMES LYNDEN <br /> <br />Case No. 15-9, Carroll's Furniture - Bul 'ding Permit and Shared <br />Parking Agreement <br />Lynden referred Counci I to his letter of June 27th, reporting he has <br /> <br />-a- <br /> <br />.. --.-~- <br />
