Due to the <br />emergency conditions caused by the break, bids were not secured tor <br />the emergency repair. <br /> <br />Maplewood Plumbing, inSTaller of a recent sewer line connection for <br />Arden Plaza, had excavated area where this oonnectlon was made to <br />determine If some apparenT water leakage was due to their having <br />damaged a water line. When area was exposed, a iarge stream of <br />water flowed out of casing under County Road E, about 10 ft. to the <br />west of the sewer connection.
