Is expected to comply with all other <br />provisions of the Special Use Permit.) <br /> <br />~EPORT OF CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE MCNIESH <br /> <br />Pickup Truck Specifications and Advertisement for Bids <br />McNiesh referred Council to memo from Buckly dated 6/6/75, with <br />at~ached Advertisement for Bids and Specifications for 3/4 ton <br />pick-up truck with 4-wheel drive. <br /> <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Counci I authorize <br />advertisement for bids on June 12th; bid opening on June 26th as <br />per specifications submitted. Motion carried unanimously. Additional <br />cost for automatic transmission to be listed In bids. <br /> <br />Federal Revenue Sharin~- Planned Use Report <br />McNiesh referred Council to memo of 6/6/75 re suggested Items for <br />Revenue Sharing - Planned Use Report. <br /> <br />After discussion, Feyerelsen moved,that Council declare Its Intentions <br />re this matter Incorporating the following items: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Audit & Publishing re Federal Revenue Sharing <br />Planning Consultant Special Services, I.e. <br />Zoning Ordinance <br />Recreation Programs <br />Summer Playground, Day Camp, etc. <br />Park Site Improvement <br />Codify Ordinances <br />Human Rights Programs <br /> <br />$ 550 <br /> <br />2,000 <br /> <br />Total <br /> <br />4,600 <br />13,669 <br />5,000 <br />1.155 <br />$26,974 <br /> <br />Motion was seconded by Wingert and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />?ummer Playground Leaders <br />McNlesh referred Counci I to memo from Buddey dated 6/9/75 re <br />Summer ~jayground staff. <br /> <br />After review, Crichton moved, seconded by Feyereisen, that Council <br />approve hiring the playground leaders as listed at rates Indicated <br />In 5/9/75 memo.
