<br />plans submitted and approved lease No. 74-171, subject ~o:

<br />residential property to the west.
<br />Subdivision of said property is accomplished and approved
<br />by Counci l.
<br />3_ Counc! I ratify an agreed upon p3r!~ dedication.

<br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ACTING TREASURER CHARLES CRICHTON
<br />
<br />Crichton reported that interest on maturing securities is being
<br />transferred to the Savings Account, $100,000 has been reinvested
<br />for 42 d,'ys at 5i%., $250,000 reinvested tor 180 days at 6.5%.
