Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Payro II <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, thai" Council approve the Payroll, <br />as submitted. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />March Counci I Meetings <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve the same <br />schedule of Counci I meetings as in February, 1975 - 2nd, 3rd and last <br />Mondays of the month (March 10, March 17 and March 31st). Motion <br />carried unanimouSly. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br />Pemtom Inc. - Time Extension Reque~or Final Plat Approval <br />McNlesh referred Counci I to a letter from Mr. J. Hi II, Pemtom, Inc., <br />requesting an extension of time for Final Plat Approval of Townhouse <br />Villages North, First Addition. <br /> <br />Matter was deferred to Council meeting of March lOth, pending additional <br />information from Pemyom. <br /> <br />Minnesota Shares for Hunger Cam7airn <br />Mayor Crepeau read a 'memo (2/13 75 and proposed Resolution from League <br />of Minnesota Municipalities requesting the support of Arden Hills In <br />the Minnesota Shares for Hunger Day. <br /> <br />No Council action was taken. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />10th Holiday - Union 20ntract <br />Crichton reminded Counc! I that the lOth holiday has not been determined <br />to date. In-put from various departments was requested as to whether <br />a "fixed" or "floating" holiday is desired. Counci I action was deferred <br />untl I this information has been submitted. <br /> <br />Building Permit Fees <br />After discussion, Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Councl' <br />adopt the 1973 Uniform Sui Iding Code Fee Schedule, Table No.3-A, and <br />Plan Check Fee as proposed by the Finance Commitm, which provides <br />that 50% of the bui Iding permit fee be charged forAgroups except I and <br />J oCCupancy. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Complaint re Car Towing <br />Council reviewed a letter from R. L. Beyer, and the report from Police <br />Chief Sexton conc~rnlng towing a disabled car in a recent storm. Mayor <br />Crepeau agreed to write to Mr. Beyer. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
