Motion carried unanimously. Payro II Crichton moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, thai" Council approve the Payroll, as submitted. Motion carried unanimously. March Counci I Meetings Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve the same schedule of Counci I meetings as in February, 1975 - 2nd, 3rd and last Mondays of the month (March 10, March 17 and March 31st). Motion carried unanimouSly. OTHER BUSINESS Pemtom Inc. - Time Extension Reque~or Final Plat Approval McNlesh referred Counci I to a letter from Mr. J. Hi II, Pemtom, Inc., requesting an extension of time for Final Plat Approval of Townhouse Villages North, First Addition. Matter was deferred to Council meeting of March lOth, pending additional information from Pemyom. Minnesota Shares for Hunger Cam7airn Mayor Crepeau read a 'memo (2/13 75 and proposed Resolution from League of Minnesota Municipalities requesting the support of Arden Hills In the Minnesota Shares for Hunger Day. No Council action was taken. . 10th Holiday - Union 20ntract Crichton reminded Counc! I that the lOth holiday has not been determined to date. In-put from various departments was requested as to whether a "fixed" or "floating" holiday is desired. Counci I action was deferred untl I this information has been submitted. Building Permit Fees After discussion, Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Councl' adopt the 1973 Uniform Sui Iding Code Fee Schedule, Table No.3-A, and Plan Check Fee as proposed by the Finance Commitm, which provides that 50% of the bui Iding permit fee be charged forAgroups except I and J oCCupancy. Motion carried unanimously. Complaint re Car Towing Council reviewed a letter from R. L. Beyer, and the report from Police Chief Sexton conc~rnlng towing a disabled car in a recent storm. Mayor Crepeau agreed to write to Mr. Beyer. -4-
