Motion <br /> <br /> <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that Councl I adopt Ordinance <br />No. 185, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORD. NO. 103, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO <br />THE MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM, BY CHANGING THE PROVISIONS THEREIN RELATING <br />TO WATER METERS, SUBSTITUTING hCITYh FOR hVILLAGEh THROUGHOUT, AND IN- <br />CREASING PENALTIES PROVIDED THEREIN, authorizing its execution by the <br />Mayor and Clerk Administrator on behalf of the City of Arden Hills. <br />Motion carried (Wingert, Feyereisen, Crepeau, Woodburn voting in favor <br />of the motion; Crichton voting in opposition to the motion). <br /> <br />Non-conforming Bi Ilboards <br />Lynden referred Counci I to his letter of 2/18/75, re non-conforming <br />billboards. <br /> <br />After discussion, Councl I requested the Police Department tocollabor- <br />ate with the Building Inspector in preparing a list of all non-conform- <br />Ing signs and bIllboards, including pertinent data re iocatlon,' size of <br />b I II bo a r d, e tc .) . <br /> <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that the Counci I direct the <br />Clerk Administrator to notify owners of al I non-conforming billboards <br />to apply for a license wit))-~~O NYs of dat'3 of letter; in event owner <br />fails to apply, he has 318: <ra''1s.fo remove billboard, pursuant to Ordi- <br />nance No. 170.
