Items owned by the Vi I laae and those bv the School District, <br />should be deslqnated. <br />~ 2. Maintenance iTems should be designated (i.e. Tlooolng, <br />hockey boa rds, I i ghtc;, nea'f', snow removci i eye. <br />3. Super'vision of warmin!J house should be defined, as weil.as <br />hours of use by Vi IIage and School. <br />4. Year-round ingress and egress should be included in the <br />Bgreement (City may wont access to w~rmlng house in the <br />summer. ) <br /> <br />Ownership of existing lights WHS discussed. McNiesh advised that <br />Vi lIage has vouchers for the I ights, but not a formal agreemenT <br />with the School District. <br /> <br />Insurance was discussed, and It was noted that coverage should be on <br />a 12 month basis; not just durng joint-usage of the facility. <br /> <br />After discussion, Lynden was asked TO re-draft the Joint Powers Agree- <br />ment \~ith the recommended chan!leS, as discussed, for Council considera- <br />tion at the December 30th Counci I meeting. <br /> <br />Buckley asked if the rinks cou d be utilized pending execution of the <br />Joint Powers Agreement - most of the skating season is over by the 15th <br />of February.
