<br />4 <br /> <br />{ <br /> <br />Regular Council Minutes <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />Aug. 12, 1974 <br /> <br />Case No. 73-28, Hunters Park <br /> <br />Lynden reviewed the proposed Development Agreement for Hunter Park <br />Third Addition, noting areas In which this Development Agreement differs <br />from those for Additions One and Two, I.e. drainage and house contruction <br />precautions, and noting specified attachments to the Development Agree- <br />ment. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />After discussion, Wingert moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that the Council <br />approve the Development Agreement for Hunters Park Third Addition, sub- <br />Ject to approval of the bond by Attorney Lynden, receipt of a copy of <br />the sanitary sewer easement and Dreyfus' execution of the Development <br />Agreement prior to Its execution by the Mayor and Clerk Administrator. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Contract Letter re LandscapinQ of Hunters Park <br /> <br />Lynden noted certain changes in the Contract letter made by Dreyfus to <br />which he has no oJectlon. <br /> <br />After review, Crichton moved, seconded by Olmen, that the Council <br />approve the amended Contract Letter re Hunters Park landscapinQ; chang- <br />I ng the date to August 12,1974, and authorize Its execution by the Mayor <br />and Clerk Administrator. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Ingerson Park Access <br /> <br />Lynden referred the Council to his letter of August 12, 1974, re Inger- <br />son Park access and Questions raised re a possible land "swap", or sale <br />of certain properties owned by the Village. <br /> <br />After discussion, matter was referred to the Parks and Recreation Com- <br />mittee for Its consideration and recommendations to the council. <br /> <br />REPORT 'OF VILLAGE ENGINEER DONALD LUND <br /> <br />Bussard Court <br /> <br />Lund reported that Johansen, the Inspector for Carley Engineering, and <br />he inspected the streets and utilities In Bussard Addition and he <br />recommends Village acceptance of the street and sewer and water utilities, <br />contingent upon: <br /> <br />I. Completion of riprap; <br /> <br />2. Sealcoat of street as soon as street can be cleaned <br />and boulevard sodding Is completed. <br /> <br />Crichton noted that the inspection report from the Publ ic Works. Depart- <br />ment indicates that manhole H2 does not work properly.' Lund advised <br />that Carley Engineering has agreed to change this manhole If It presents <br />a maintenance problem. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />After discussion, Crichton moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that the Coun- <br />cil accept the street and sewer and water utilities in Bussard Addition <br />with the contingency that the street will be sealcoated within II months, <br />rlprap at end of storm sewer outlet is completed with rock, and developer <br />will make correction to manhole H2 if it does not function properly. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Arden Manor - Status Report <br /> <br />Lund referred the Council to his letter of August 12, 1974, and attached <br />Report HI5 from Suburban Engineering, Inc. <br /> <br />After discussion, Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Mr. Adams <br />be Informed that occupancy of the mobile home park be prohibited until <br />further notice.
