<br />Feyereisen moved, seconded by Wingert, that the Regular Councl I meeting
<br />of May 27th (Memorial Day) be rescheduled to Tuesday, May 28, 1974,
<br />that Ju Iy, 1974 Council meetl ngs be schedu led on Monday, Ju Iy 8, 22
<br />and 29. MotIon carried unanimouSly.

<br />Appointment of Village Prosecutor
<br />Feyerelsenmoved, seconded by Olmen, that the Councl I appoint Robert
<br />E. Farlcy as Village Prosecutor, commencIng May 7, 1974, for the
<br />balance of the year. Motion carried unanimOUSly.

<br />New Brl hton Road - Glen aul Dralna e Pro'ect
<br />After review of fetter from Mr. Leake, 185 Glenpaul Avenue, the
<br />matter was referred to the Public Works Department to determine date
<br />proposed to commence project and method of procedure, for Council
<br />consideration at the next Council meeting.

<br />Matter was referred to Councilman Wingert and Planning Commission.

<br />Mlnoe~ota Safety Council Award
<br />Mayor Crepeau reported that the Arden HII Is Police Department wll I
<br />be presented a "Meritorious Achievement Award" at the Minnesota
<br />Safety Council Banquet; someone from the Department wi Ii be sent to
<br />receive the award @ $7.95/banquet ticket.

<br />Approval of Claim Re Landscape Structures
<br />Crichton moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that the Landscape Structures
<br />claim, In the amount of $1363.00, be approved for payment In order
<br />to take advantage of a $147.00 discount. Motion carried unanimously.
<br />
<br />License Renewal - Arden Hills Nursery
<br />Olmen moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve the renewal
<br />license for Arden Hi lIs Nursery, 4350 North Haml ine Avenue, for 1974.
<br />Motion carried unaniMouSly.
