S~stems - Drainage <br />Engineer Lund referred the Councl I to his letter of March 6, 1974 <br />re drainage In the northeast corner" of the I.C. System's property; <br />Indicating a suggested revision to the proposed grading and the need <br />for a control structure, to control the water level in the pond and <br />a rate of out-flow from the pond. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />After discussion of these proposed changes, the Council generally <br />agreed that It woulp appear to be C. Zoning, <br />Board of Appeals <br /> <br />Case No. 73-50. Lewis Lindemer - Special Use Permit and Org. 98 <br />Varlan<;:e <br /> <br />Wingert reported that the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing <br />on March 5, 1974, and It was determIned by the Commission that neigh- <br />boring residents in general were relatively wi I ling to approve Mr. <br />Lindemer's proposal; expressing concern re possible expansion of the <br />business. <br /> <br />After discussion, Wingert moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that the <br />Council approve the consolidation of lots I and 2 of Shady Oaks <br />Addition, and approve the Special Use Permit for use of the existing <br />remodeled building on lot 2 for storage and office, accessory to <br />restaurant on lot I; sUbJect to annual review. David Young - Lot S~lit <br />Wingert reported that the Planning Commission recommends Counci I <br />approval of the lot spilt requested. He explained that the applicant <br />Is currentt-y using this 16.5' x 361.5' portion of his brother's <br />property as a driveway and Is requesting that It be added to his <br />property. <br /> <br />After review of the drawing submitted, and discussion, Wingert moved, <br />seconded by Crichton, that the Counci I approve the consolidation and <br />lot split, as requested, SUbJect to the Vi I lage Attorney finding that <br />it Is abstract property.
