<br />t41l\utes of Regulal' Council Mee"tlng <br />Page two <br /> <br />February II, 1914 <br /> <br />Case No. 73-28, Dreyfus' ~~nters Park - Preliminary Plat <br />Attorney Lynden presented the Development Agreement - Phase I, <br />Hunters Park Subdivision, recommending Councl I 's approval and authori- <br />zation that the agreement be executed by the Mayor and Clerk Adminis- <br />trator. <br /> <br />In discussion of street specifications, Engineer Lund stated that <br />the bonding requirements for streets were based on Village require- <br />ments of 1-ton streets; no final decision, to date, re State Aid Road. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that the Council approve the <br />Development Agreement for Phase I, Hunters Park subdivision, as amended, <br />and authorize execution by Mayor and Clerk Administrator. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Resolutions No, 14-8 and No. 14-9 <br />Resolution No. 74-8, RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING POLICIES RE lAND USE <br />AND CONTROL MEASURES IN FLOOD PLAIN AREAS, and Resolution No. 74-9, <br />RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DESIRE TO PARTICIPATE IN FEDERAL FLOOD INSUR- <br />ANCE PROGRAM AND ASSURING FUTURE COMPLIANCE WITH HUD, DNR AND OTHER <br />AGENCIES IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, were presented by Attorney Lynden, <br />recommending Councl I approval and authorization that both resolutIons <br />be executed by the Mayor and Clerk Administrator. <br /> <br />After review, Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that the Council <br />approve both resolutions, as amended, authorizing their execution <br />by the Mayor and Clerk Administrator. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ENGINEER DONALD LUND <br /> <br />Arden Manor - Status Report <br />Mr. James Adams and Mr. Meyer (Suburban EngineerIng Company) explained <br />that weather conditions have caused the delay in the construction <br />of Arden Manor Mobile Home Park, and submitted a new SChedule to which <br />they said they can adhere (attached). <br /> <br />In review of this new schedule, the end completion date remaIns the <br />same; the phases have been telescoped to fit the original time span. <br />Mr. Adams said, weather permItting, they should be able to complete <br />the project by December IS, 1974; If weather is a deterrent, phase 3 <br />may have to be extended Into 1975. <br /> <br />Mr. Meyer described the present status of construction; advisIng that <br />the underground uti lities are In place; the stor~raln has been Instal- <br />led and is working. He said the lake, <lhile not.s?:the size proposed, Is <br />basically functioning. He stated that, weather permitting, they expect <br />to complete the phase I sites by June, !974; "rhe pool by July, 1914; <br />the landscaping by Sept., 1914. He anticipated completion of the 2nd <br />phase In September 1974 and the completion of the 3rd phase by Novem- <br />ber 1974. Mr. Meyer advised that Infiltration checks will be run on <br />the sanitary sewer lines before connectIng those lInes to the Village <br />system. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams said that weather should not be as troublesome as it was in <br />the past, because of the drainage system. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Lund reported that he has received some Inspection reports from <br />Suburban Engineering, but at present, no work is In progress at the <br />Sft0. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams stated that one of the three houses will be removed, the <br />other two houses wi II remain; advising this does not constitute a <br />change from the plan presented originally. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams was advised by the Council that this schedule must be kept, <br />or the Special Use Permit 15 in jeopardy, and wll! be rescinded. He <br />~a5 requested to keep the Council apprised of any delays caused by <br />weather or other deterrents. <br /> <br />Adams said he would keep the Council advised, and Meyers said that, <br />.Ith a normal season, this schedule should be attainable. <br /> <br />, <br />~ <br /> <br />In describing the status of the 1st phase, to date, Mr. Meyer said <br />that: <br /> <br />-2- <br />
