The costs in excess <br />of $200,000 incurred to the Applicant for the installation of the approximately 1,373 feet will <br />be deducted from the Applicant's park development fee." <br />The City Council is also asked to consider revising Condition 29 to modify language stating the <br />costs incurred by the Applicant for the installation of the approximately 396 foot long trail "may <br />be" deducted from the Applicant's park development fee to "will be" deducted from the from the <br />Applicant's park development fee. This revision was included in Resolution 2025-040 reviewed <br />at the April 28 City Council meeting and additional details have been added to this report for the <br />Council's consideration. The language for the revised Condition 29 is included below in red: <br />29. "The Applicant shall install a trail along Snelling Avenue and within Snelling Avenue right- <br />of-way, adjacent to Ramsey County RID 213023110007, which shall be approximately 396 feet <br />in length to serve as a connection to Royal Hills Park and consistent with City Code <br />requirements.
