Given <br />this estimate, the estimated total cost of the 1,373 lineal feet of trail could be $343,250.00. <br />In addition to the 1,373 lineal feet trail noted in Condition 28, Condition 29 of Resolution 2025- <br />007 references an approximately 396 feet trail to be installed along Snelling Avenue and within <br />Snelling Avenue right-of-way, adjacent to Ramsey County PID 213023110007. Given the Public <br />Works Director/City Engineer's estimates, the estimated total cost of the 396 lineal feet of trail <br />could be $99,000.00. <br />The total trail length anticipated for the development is 1,769 lineal feet of trail. The total estimated <br />trail costs for the 1,769 feet of trail could be $442,250.00. <br />The Developer is proposing a $200,000.00 contribution to the 1,373 foot trail segment and that <br />public use dedication fees associated with the Development, totaling $1,223,500.00, cover the <br />remaining trail costs for both segments.
