ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—APRIL 14, 2025 5 <br /> Mr. Ongstad stated cable penetration has slipped from 50% to 25%. He reported he has worked <br /> to make things more efficient and was completing outside work to compensate for lost revenue. <br /> He reported PEG fees have been at 3% for quite some time, noting he hopes to extend the current <br /> agreement with 5%PEG fees. <br /> Councilmember Holden commented she would like to see a list of videos that the City has put <br /> together, along with what the other member communities have created. <br /> Councilmember Weber stated there was a proposal being considered by the State that would put <br /> franchise fees on broadband services. <br /> Mr. Ongstad noted this bill failed again this year but may be considered again next year. <br /> Mayor Grant thanked Mr. Ongstad for his presentation. <br /> 6.
