Mr. Fritsinger stated that while no permits had <br /> been issued or any plans received, the property owner was working on the house, evidenced by a <br /> full commercial dumpster located on the property. <br /> Following discussion, it was the consensus ofthe Council that staff direct Mr. Nixon to provide <br /> plans as previously directed. Staff was also directed to have City Attorney Filla confirm that a <br /> mortgage release had actually been filed, and to have Mr. Nixon attend the September 28, 1998 <br /> Council meeting to give the Council a status report. <br /> Fairview Avenue Driveway (Ward) <br /> Mr. Fritsinger updated the Council regarding a property line dispute on Fairview A venue that <br /> was recently precipitated by the 1998 street improvement project. It was noted that a driveway <br /> apron and driveway was actually located on a neighbor's property, and the location ofthe apron <br /> was relocated to the appropriate property during the reconstruction process. Mr. Fritsinger <br /> reported that the affected property owner was apparently not pleased with this outcome, and had <br /> contacted Mayor Probst after repeated conversations with staff and the City's engineers. <br />., The consensus of the Council was that the actions taken by staff and consulting engineers were <br /> appropriate in the circumstances, and staff was directed to obtain a copy of the letter prepared by <br /> the resident for the consulting engineer for City records. <br /> eitv Newsletter Discussion <br /> Councilmember Keim requested that the October Worksession agenda include time to discuss the <br /> City's newsletter, the Arden Hills Notes. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> With no further discussion items, Mayor Probst adjourned the meeting at 4:45 p.m. to host the <br /> Committee/staff recognition barbeque. <br />. <br />
