<br />Lynden referred Council to his letter of 11/2:/77 re Case No. 77-22
<br />and Case No. 77-44, Rexeisen & Buesing - Claim of Ram Malik;
<br />recommended that the City conclude its deliberations on the Arden
<br />Lake Knoll proposed preliminary plat: City to not got involved in
<br />the differences between applicants; City's concern is about layout
<br />OT the development parcel from a planning standpoint.
