Crepeau, Jr., CouncIlmen Robert Woodburn, <br /> Charles Crichton, James Wingert, Ward Hanson. <br /> Absent - None. <br /> Also present - Attorney James Lynden, Engineer Donald Christoffersen, <br /> Treasurer Donald Lamb, Acting Police Chief Doug McCall, <br /> Clerk Administrator Charlotte McNlesh, Deputy Clerk <br /> . Dorothy Zehm. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> Crichton moved, seconded by Hanson, that the Minutes of the Regular <br /> Council Meeting of October II, 1977 as amended. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Business from the Floor <br /> None. <br /> REPORT OF V'LLA~E ATTORNEY JAMES lYNDEN <br /> Ordinance No. 199. Rezoning Parcel of Land In Arden Hills from <br /> R-l to R-B - Final Reading <br /> Crichton moved, seconded by Hanson, that Council waive the ru les <br /> and approve Ordinance No. 199, AN ORDINANCE A~ENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 99, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY' <br /> LOCATED SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD E BETWEEN STITE TRUNK HDGHWAY NO. 51 <br /> AND THE HUNTER'S PARK.RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> McNlesh was requested to contact Mutual Service re proposed method <br /> of conveyance of the park dedication to the City. <br /> Attorney Lynden WaS requested to up-date Councl I re pending require- <br /> ments prior to Issuance of the Building Permit. <br /> Park Dedication Agreements - Kerth Lake HII Is and Karth Lake Estates <br /> Woodburn moved, seconded by Crichton, that Council approve the Park <br /> Dedication Agreements for Karth lake Hills and KarthLake Estates, <br /> and authorize execution of same by the Mayor and Clerk Administrator. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> REPORT OF VilLAGE ENGINEER DONALD CHRISTOFFERSEN <br /> C,.e No. 77-42, Minnesota Diversified Products - Building Permit <br /> Architect Janis Blumentals referred Council to: I. revised grading <br /> and landscape plans for the proposed ~Innesota Diversified Products <br /> bull din g . site 2 . letter from New Brighton authorizing connection <br /> to the New Br1ghton sanitary sewer system 3.. letter from Minnesota <br /> Transfer authorizing connection to the storm sewer on Its p rope rty . <br /> . Engineer Donald Christoffersen reported that he has reviewed and <br /> discussed the drainage wlthBlumentals; concept Is good; recommends <br /> that approval be &ubJect to the contingency that a dye be run <br /> through the storm Sewer to determine Its destination; suggested <br /> thatvR.C.W.D. and New Brighton be notified of this test. <br /> p.Il.A.) . <br /> Mr. Blu~entals advised that the three addItional tree~ as recommended <br /> by Planner Miller In.hls report of 10/26/77, w II t be added. It was <br /> noted that R.C.W.O. will act on this application at Its meeting on <br /> Novembe r 2n d. (R.C.W. Meeting was continued to November 2, 1977, <br /> because of an over-load on Its October 26th Agenda). <br /> After discussion, Wingert moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Council <br /> app rove the issuance of a Building Permit for Minnesota Diversified <br /> Products with the fol lowing contingencies: <br /> I.
