Christoffersen said curb end gutter wi II not be Installed this year. After discussion, Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, that Councl I . approve Change Order No.3 - Chatham, in the amount of $19,750.00. Motion carried unanimously. DNR 'Permit to Work In Public Waters - Chatham. Proposed Third Addition Outlot Christoffersen referred Council to the application requesting permission from the DNR to fl II a port lon' of the Chatham property. After discussion, Woodburn moved, seconded by Crichton, that Councl I approve and forward the application for Permit to Work In Public Wateu to DNR. Motion carried unanimously. County Road F Imp rovement WOodburn moved, seconded by Hanson, that Councl I approve and accept the County Road f project end authorize Final Payment In the amount of $17,802.00 to C,W. Houle. Motion carried unanimously. Reauest to Release Letter of Credit No. 1350 , 1375 and 1413 - Pemtom Townhouse VI Ilaaes 2nd. 3rd and 4th Additions Wingert moved to accept the streets in Pemtom's Townhouse Villages Second, Third end Fourth Additions and to release Letters of Credit No. 1350, 1375 and 1413. Motion was seconded by Crichton and carried unanimously. Chanae Order No. I. Edaewater South and Helahts of Johanna Lake Chrlstoffeuen noted that the Change Order represents a change from bituminous to aggregate road base. Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council ap p rove Change Order No. I, Edgewater South and Heights of Johanna Lake, In the amount of $g,280.00 (a net change of about $2,000). Motion carried unanimously. Crichton requested Engineer Christoffersen to see that any damage to yards by contractors working In the area be taken care of satlshctorlly. Ramsey County Slope Easements - Lake Lane/Johanna Blvd. I ntersect I on Council referred the Ramsey County Slope Easements to Attorney Lynden to obtain the required signatures. REPORT OF Vi LLAGE TREASURER DONALD LAMB . Treasurer Lamb reported a good cash flow for the balance of 1977 and briefly discussed the general plan of Investments and expend I tures. REPORT OF ACTING POLICE CHIEF DOUG MCCALL Pemtom Fire Lanes declare the Fire Crichton moved, seconded by Hanson, that Council Lanes as marked on map submitted by the Vii lages at Arden HI lis Homes Association; lanes to be marked by the Homes Association. Motion carried unanimously.
