Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Ramsey County Open Space <br />Crichton noted that recent County Board action deletes several <br />parcels from the Open Space cvrrldor and queried <br />whether this can be done wlthvut City app~oval; was concerned <br />about parcel at County Road E2 & Old Highway 10 (northwest corner) <br />as well as parcel 8, listed In Resolution No. 77-469, Board of <br />~amsey County Commissioners. <br /> <br />McNlesh and Lynden were requested to ascertain the procedure for <br />deletion of parcels from the Open Space corridor, for Council. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ENGINEER DONALD CHRISTOFFERSEN <br /> <br />Feasibility Report - Imorovement No. 77-4 (Harriet Avenue Extension) <br />Christoffersen referred Council to the up-dated Feasibility Study <br />of Harriet Avenue Extension, improvement P-77-4; recommended the 36' <br />wide street with restricted parking on both sides, and that roadway <br />be constructed with bituminous base rather than aggregate base <br />material. <br /> <br />Christoffersen reviewed the estimated cost figures with Council. <br /> <br />After discussion, Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council <br />adopt Resolution No. 77-47, RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVID- <br />ING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-77-4. Motion carried <br />unanlmou~ly. <br /> <br />(Hearing to be held on Monday, September 19, 1977 at 7:30 p.m. at <br />the Village Hall.) <br /> <br />Street Name Request - Mutual Service Company <br />Council noted that this street appears to Ilna up with Fernwood Ave- <br />nue. PUBLIC HEARINGS ON ASSESSMENTS: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Little Crow Addition <br />Mayor Crepeau opened the Public Hearing on Little Crow Addition <br />street, sanitary sewer and watermaln Improvements at 8:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Clerk AdmInIstrator McNlesh presented an Affadavlt of Publication <br />and CertIficatIon of Mailed Notices to property owners. <br /> <br />EngIneer ChrIstoffersen explained that the Improvements benefit the <br />4.lot subdivision; developer M. Tramm has requested that 3 lots be <br />assessed for the street, sanitary sewer and watermaln Improvements. <br /> <br />Popovich explained that the totel cost of the Improvements, S22,891.32 <br />Is proposed to be assessed to the three lots <S7,630.44/Iot) at 8% <br />Interest over a 20-year period; noted that assessments may be paId <br />In full (or *> during the 30-day prepeymefit period, without Interest. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
