MINUTES OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING Page four August 29, 1977 OTHER B.US!NESS Request tor Temporary Office Bulldln~ - Sentinel Electronic~ Mr. Charles Klapperich, Sentinel Electronics Corp., 1306 West County Road F, presented a sketch of the proposed location of a 10' x 46' temporary office facility In the parking lot area at 1306 West County Road F, which ha said would occupy about three parking spaces. . Councl I reviewed the site plan of the property and expressed concern that the existing parking area Is Inadequate; additional personnel, occupying the temporary office, would add to the parking ~roblem, In addltlo~ to the ~mp~rlJ.r~. tructure reducing the e xl s.tln par.k- . Application for Rubbish Hauler licenSe - Craig TroJe Wingert moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Council approve the Rubbish Hauler License for Craig TroJe for the remainder of 1977; subject to approval of the City HeaDth Officer and subject to receipt of the required Insurance certificate. Motion carried unanimously. Park Dedication - BueslnQ Property Mr. Rexelsen presented a Preliminary Plat of Arden Lake Knoll which Indicates Outlat A to be deeded to the City. Rexelsen said Outlot A represents the park dedication for the Buesing property spilt for parcels I and 2 adjacent to Hamllne Avenue <<parcel 3 Is to be consoli- dated with property to the north, and when developed will be Included In the park dedication for that combined parcell. After discussion, Wingert moved that Council accept Outlot A In satis- faction of the Buesing property park dedication for parcels I and 2 (not Including parcel 3); Outlot A to provide a 20' wide strip of welkable land for access from Hamllne Avenue to the 50' wide pathway to the east as Indicated on the Preliminary Plat of Arden lake Knoll as prQPosed, dated August 1977, by Charles O. Georgi Company; subject to a signed agreement from the owner of the property. Motion was seconded by Hanson and carried unanimously. Re uest for Time Extension - Hunters Park Landsca e Bond Wingert moved, seconded by Woodburn, tha Council approve an extension until December 31, 1977, for the completion of the Hunters Park landscaping. Motion carried unanlmous~y. FIre ProtectIon Service A~reement After review of the FIre Protection Service Agreement, as amended, CrIchton moved that Council generally agrees with the contract provisions, with modifications of Sections 15 and 19E. Motion was seconded by Hanson and carried unanimously. . Park DedicatIon - Status Report A. Janet Estates - WIngert revIewed negotIations and reported that an agreement has not been reached to date. B. Karth Lake Estates - Crichton reported that he has received another appraisal (provided by the developer), which indicates an average acreage value of $4000; negotiations have not been completed to date. Approval of Fall Pro~ram Council was referred to memo from Buckley dated 8-24-77. Aft&r dIscussion, Crichton moved, seconded by Hanson, that Councl I approve the Fall Program as outlIned in Buckley's memo, with the exception of the Senior CitIzen Club.
