Motion was <br />seconded by Hanson and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />REPORT OF CITY CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE MCNiESH <br /> <br />Public Works Department Request for OJT Employee Approval and <br />Salary Rate <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve the hiring <br />of OJT Employee Carl Karth until September 15, 1977 at $2.80/hr. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Re1uest for Accounting Clerk to take Municipal Accounting Course <br />Cr chton moved, seconded by Hanson, that Council authorize the <br />Accounting Clerk to take the Municipal Accounting Course, described <br />In McNlesh's memo of 8/26/77; authorizing payment of fees, text books <br />and mileage by the City.
