Park Dedication for Town Crier Pancake House <br />Wingert reviewed Park Dedication negotiations re the Town Crier <br />Pancake House property, and moved that Council accept a $4.000 park <br />dedIcation for the approximate 1.54 acres of leased land, payable <br />withIn 30 days of issuance of the Bui Iding PermIt. Motion was <br />seconded by Woodburn and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Case No. 77-22. Park Dedication - Buesing Property <br />Deferred to later meeting, pendIng receipt of detaIled drawing of <br />proposed park dedication. <br /> <br />Refuest for Time Extension to Complete LandscapIng at Hunters Park <br />De erred action. <br /> <br />Request for Exemption from Park Dedication Requlremen~s - U.S. <br />General Services AdminIstration <br />Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council respectfully <br />decline to exempt U. S. General Services Administration from park <br />dedication requIrements. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />FIre Protection Status Report <br />Woodburn reported that Attorney Lynden has been directed to draft <br />the fire contract for review by the Fire Board. <br /> <br />Public Safety Committee Referral <br />Council was referred to a letter from Townhouse Villages Home <br />Owners Association, requesting suggestions re traffic control at <br />Arden View Court and Arden View Drive. Matter was referred to the <br />Public Safety Committee for review and recommendations. <br /> <br />REPORT OF CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE MCNIESH <br /> <br />Resolution No. 77-42. ApprovIng 1977 Labor Agreement with Minnesota <br />Teamsters Public & Law Enforcement Employees Union #320 <br />CrIchton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Councl I adopt Resolution <br />No. 77-42, RESOLUTION APPROVING 1977 LABOR AGREEMENT WITH MINNESOTA <br />TEAMSTERS PUBLIC & LAW ENFORCEMENT EMPLOYEES UN!ON, LOCAL #320. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Guidelines for 1978 Budget <br />McNlesh requested that Council determine guIdeline percentages for <br />use in preparation of the 1978 Budget. <br /> <br />CouncIl concurred that 7$ be used for budgeting purposes on salaries; <br />6~ for Interest on Investments. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A roval of Refuse Hauler LIcense - Cral <br />Tabled pending add tiona! Information. <br /> <br />Claims and Payrol Is <br />Hanson moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Councl I authorize payment <br />of Pollee Department salary adjustment for period 1/1/77-7/31/77. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Woodburn moved, seconded by Hanson, that Council approve the Claims <br />and Payrolls as submitted.
