RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-2, <br />awarding the contract to Robert W. Moore Company In the amount of <br />$90.957.30. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Bussard Court - Storm DralnaQe <br />Christoffersen referred Council to his letter of 7/22/77 and reported <br />that the matter has been referred to the attorney for Rice Creek <br />Watershed District for his review; suggested that Council defer any <br />further action until this matter has been resolved by the attorney for <br />the Watershed District. <br /> <br />Christoffersen noted that a minor erosion problem. on the Carlson <br />property. has occurred between the storm sewer outlet and Lake Johanna. <br /> <br />DNR Permit for Storm DralnaQe.
