Land Conveyance from Pilgrim House to City for road <br />purposes. <br /> <br />(Lynden noted that he also has not revle~ed AbstracT of Title for <br />Chatham FIrst Addition, Janet Estates and Karth Lake Hills plats.) <br /> <br />Northwest Suburban Youth ServIce Bureau <br />Chris Clauson discussed the functIons of the Northwest Suburban <br />Youth ServIce Bureau with the Council, and revIewed the proposed Joint <br />Powers Agreement, requestIng that Council consider the request for funds <br />In the 1978 Budget. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />After discussIon, CouncIl referred the matter to the FInance CommIttee <br />for Its review of the five-year proposal, and for Its recommendatIons <br />to CouncIl. <br /> <br />Agreement Re InstallatIon and <br />MonltorlnQ StatIon <br />Council was referred to memo from Bud Johansen (7-20-77) and attached <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />Alarm Service, Ramsey County Sheriff <br /> <br />Lynden, after a brief review of the Agreement, said he has no obJectIon <br />to It. Wingert movad that CouncIl authorize executIon of the ijnstal- <br />latlon and Alarm ServIce Agreement by the City. Motion was seconded <br />by Woodburn and carrIed unanImously. <br /> <br />(Fee to be paId annually, In advance.) <br /> <br />Bid Award - Squad Car <br />After review of the three bids receIved, and memo from Lt. Douglas <br />McCall, CrIchton moved, seconded by WIngert, that Council authorize <br />the purchase of a squad car as bid by White Bear Dodge, at a cost of <br />$3980.00, with trade-In. MotIon carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Park DedicatIon Negotiations <br />A. Karth Lake Hills (Charles Amble) - Case No. 76-13 <br />CrIchton reported that Mr. Amble has agreed to dedIcate <br />a IO'xI50' r.o.w. along the easterly edge of Lot I, Blk 2, <br />Karth Lake Hills, for a walkway, and a park dedicatIon In <br />cash for the balance of the tract (based on $7,OOO/acre <br />valuatIon for 1.019 acres) In the amount of $7133.00. <br /> <br />After dIscussIon, CrIchton moved that Council approve, as <br />settlement In full of the park dedIcation for Karth Lake <br />HIlls, a cash donation of $7133.00 plus the 10'x150' walk- <br />way easement along the easterly portion of Lot I, Blk. 2, <br />Karth Lake HIlls.
