Douglas McCal I, Clerk Administrator Charlotte <br />McNlesh, Deputy Clerk Dorothy Zehm. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, that CouncIl approve the <br />Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of June 27, 1977, as <br />submitted. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />BusIness from the Floor <br />Shirley Bamberry, 1111 West County Road 0, presented Information <br />regarding Minnesota Home Improvement Grant Program for Council's <br />consIderation. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ENGINEER DONALD CHRISTOFFERSEN <br /> <br />ResolutIon No. 77-29. Declaring Cost and Ordering Preparation <br />of Assessment Rolls ICounty Road Fl. <br />Christoffersen referred Council to his letter of 7-7-77 re poten- <br />tial assessments for the County Road F Improvement, total cost of <br />which Is $193,860.00. <br /> <br />After discussIon re the alternates presented for Council's con- <br />sideration, Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council <br />approve Resolution No. 77-29, RESOLUTiON RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. P-SS-W-ST-75-1 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT; assessments to be apportIoned <br />as fo II ows : <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer 8 $200/servlce. <br />Storm Sewer 8 80% of cost lafter Shorevlew and Ramsey County <br />shared costs have been subtracted). <br />Water and Street combined @ 80% of cost. <br /> <br />Wingert moved to amend the motion as follows: <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer @ $200/servlce. <br />Storm Sewer @ 80% of net cost lafter Shorevlew & Ramsey County <br />shares have been subtractedl. <br />Street @ 80% ot cost <br />Water @ 0% CClty to pay 100%>. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CrIchton agreed to the motion as amended, and motion carried unani- <br />mously. <br /> <br />Petition re Lake Lane/Johanna Boulevard lntersectla~ <br />Christoffersen referred Council to his letter of 7-7-71 and attached <br />sketch Illustrating the IntersectIon and the problem. <br /> <br />After dIscussion, Ccuncll requested Engineer Christoffersen to <br />pursue resolution of the problem, as recommended, with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Property owner, on which the tree removal and grading is proposed, <br />stated that she has no objection to the tree removal and grading, as <br />proposed, as long as It Is not at her expense. <br /> <br />Christoffersen noted that proposed grading will probably extend 25 to <br />50 feet onto property north of this corner lot, _II _~ <br />~ l_ 1.
