Fredlund reported that the Board of Appeais and Planning Commission recommend Counci I 's approval of the second curb cut. Planning Commission noted that number of curb cuts onto Ingerson is the same, because of the lot split; there is no potential use of the other r lot; even if garage were proposed on that t lot in the future, access could be from the existing driveway on the lot to the east clue to the configuration of the existing driveway. After discussion, Hanson moved, seconded by Crepeau, that Counci I approve the second curb cut at 1164 Ingerson Road as requested. Motion carried unanimously. Bob Burow and Mark Stovens presented detal led drawings of the proposed physiological I-esearch building (plans dated 1-17-77> and reviewed the Performance Specifications Fact Sheet ldated 1-17-771 for the two buildings in proposed Phase 1) of construction. Burow described the physiological research building as being 68' wide by 170' long; the \lest por'tlon is for oHices and labs, and 68st portion to house research animals; animal exercise area is between the two building soctions and is open to the sky with gate )'0 the sou,'h. . In review of the site plan, Counci! expressed concern re the proposed location of the 68' wide building only 20 fest from the Fernwood A'fen ue p rope lory ~ i ne . After discussion re topography, 50i I tests and probable alternate bui Iding confi~urations, Stevens agreed that building can be relocated to provide B greBter set-back from Fernwood Avenue. Crichton moved, seconded by Hanson, that Counci I approve issuance of a Special Use Permit for the Planned Unit Development, approving issuance of bui Iding permits for Phase I I construction (Bldgs. 02 and P.3) as per plans submitted and dated received 12/27/76 and !/17/77; subject to the fol lowing: I.
