Payroll <br /> Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, th at Counc II approve the Payroll <br /> as submitted, Including chec~ to Councilman Hanson @ $125/mo, less <br /> appropriate wlthholdlngs, Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Ramsey County League Dinner <br /> Wingert reported that he will attend the meeting but not the dinner; <br /> asked Council's expression ra Oak Wilt/Dutch Elm funding preference: <br /> I, 50% reimbursement by State for municipality on both public <br /> and private property, <br /> 2, 50% match for re-foi-estation. <br /> 3, tax credit on State tax return (private properties), <br /> 4.
