I requested Lynden to attempt to effect execution of the park <br />easement by December 6th, and subsequently to submit are-worded <br />Special Use Permit for Counc! I consideration (Including the park <br />easement), at the December 13th meeting, <br /> <br />Charles Cheeseborough. representing the Arden Manor Association, <br />expressed concern that developer be required to abide by the Special <br />. If <br />OTHE BUSINESS ~ <br /> <br />1977 Liquor Licenses <br />Council was referred to Atto~ney Lynden's letter of 11-29-76 re <br />Applications for Intoxicating Liquor - 1977. <br /> <br />After discussion, Wingert moved to approve the transfer and 1977 <br />renewal of On-sale, On-sale Sunday and Off-sale Liquor Licenses <br />for Entrust Management Comp,any of Minnesota dba McGulres ~nn, subject <br />to Attorney's review and app~oval of the On-sale and Off-sale Bonds <br />. and Certificate as to the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws <br />and Mr. Hartung's signing the acknowledgment on form No. 263; all <br />subject to approval of Fire Chief and Police Chief, Motion was <br />seconded by Woodburn. <br /> <br />In discussion It was noted that because there are so many correc- <br />tions necessary on the license renewal applications and required <br />bonds are not In, In some instances, iicense renewals be deferred <br />untl I the next Council meeting. pending completion and/or correc- <br />tion of the applications. <br /> <br />After several motions were made and withdrawn. Woodburn moved that <br />Council approve the transfer of existing McGulres Inn licenses, effec- <br />tive 12/1/76 through Decembe~ 31. 1976 to Entrust Management Company <br />of Minnesota, an d the 1977 renewa I of On -sa I e and On -sa I e Sunday <br />Liquor licenses for Flaherty's Arden Bowl, Inc. Motion was seconded <br />by Hanson and carried unanimously, <br /> <br />Snowmobile Ordinance - Norman Ecklund <br />Ecklund reported that the proposed common ordinance Is generally <br />being accepted, with minor modificatIons, by the Ramsey County <br />communities; desire is to make uniform regulations within the County. <br /> <br />After discussion, Wingert moved that Council Introduce AN ORDINANCE <br />RELATING TO THE OPERATION OF SNOWMOBILES AND REPEALING ORD. NO. 125 <br />. AND NO. 190 OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS. by title. Motion was seconded <br />by Woodburn, and carried unanimously, <br /> <br />(S~cond reading was scheduled at December 13th Council Meeting,) <br /> <br />December Counci I Meeting Schedule <br />December Councl I Meetings were scheduled on December ~th and Decem- <br />ber 27th at 7:30 p,m, at the Village Hall, <br /> <br />I.
