First National of St. Paul <br /> said that Interest rate could be based on one of the Certificate <br /> of Deposits which we have at their bank, rate would be 2% over CD <br /> rate. REPORT OF CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE MCNIESH <br /> Change In Precinct Boundaries <br /> McNlesh reviewed memo of 11/16/76 showing 1970 and maximum popula- <br /> tions for eight areas and various combinations of areas to estab- <br /> lish new precinct boundaries. Council reviewed areas which might <br /> experience growth In the next five years since no precinct boun- <br /> daries may be changed from January I, 1977 to January I, 1982, ex- <br /> cept by annexation. Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, that <br /> Council adopt Resolution No. 76-61, establishing precinct boundaries <br /> as follows: <br /> Precinct I - South of Soo Line Railroad and east of Snelling <br /> Avenue. <br /> Precinct 2 - South of 500 Ll ne Railroad and west of Snelling <br /> Avenue. <br /> Precinct 3 - North of Soo Line Railroad and south of 1-694. <br /> Precinct 4 - South of Highway 96 and north of 1-694. <br /> Precinct 5 - North of Highway 96. <br /> Motion carried (Crepeau, Hanson, WingerT, Woodburn I n favor; Crichton <br /> opposed). <br /> Note: CrichTon felt area north of Highway 96 shou!d remain 13 Instead <br /> of renumbering to 15. <br /> .
