REPORT OF CLERK ADMINiSTRATOR CHARLOTTE MCNIESH <br /> Request for Reduction In Diseased Tree Removal Bill - Bruzek <br /> 1284 Nursery Hill Lane <br /> McNiesh reported that trees marked and Identified to be on Chris- <br /> tensen property and authorized for removal by the City by the <br /> property owner, were found to actually be on the Bruzek property. <br /> Bruzek, therefore, was not given the opportunity to remove the <br /> trees himself (has equipment to do this). Bruzek has asked that <br /> bill be reduced from $390 to $350. <br /> Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, that Counci I authorize the <br /> reduction of the Bruzek bill for tree removal from $399 to $350 <br /> as requested. MotIon carried unanimously. <br /> (McNiesh was requested to thank Mr. Bruzek for his cooperation <br /> In this matter.) <br /> Acceptance of Landscaping - Steak Inn <br /> Wingert reported that Landscape Inspector Schutta has re-Inspected <br /> the landscaping at the Steak Inn, reporting that al I plantings, <br /> noted In his July report, have been replaced and recommends <br /> . acceptance thereof. <br /> Wingert moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Council accept the <br /> landscaping at Steak Inn, as planted and recommended for approval <br /> by the Landscape Inspector. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> November Councl I Meetings <br /> Wingert moved, seconded by Woodburn, that November Council Meetings <br /> 00 scheduled as follows at the Village Hall: <br /> Special Council Meeting - November 4, 1976 - 5:30 p.m. <br /> Regular Councl I Meeting - November 8, 1976 - 7:30 p.m. <br /> Special Council Meeting - November 15, 1976 - 7:30 p.m. <br /> Regu 1 ar Counc II Meeting - November 29, 1976 - 7:30 p.m. <br /> Motion carried unanImously. <br /> Special Council Meetin~.
