<br />Minutes of Regular Councl I Meeting <br />Page four <br /> <br />July 26, 1976 <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE CLERK ADMiNISTRATOR CHARLOTTE MCNIESH <br /> <br />Finance Committee Resignation - Jan Blomberg <br />Council accepted Jan Blomgerg's resignation from the Finance Committee <br />with regrets, and requested McNlesh to thank her, on behalf of the <br />Councl I, for her services to the Village. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AUQust Councl I Meeting Schedule <br />WIngert moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that August Council Meetings <br />be scheduled on August 9th, 23rd and 30th. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />(Crepeau and Feyerelsen advised they would not be present on August 30th) <br /> <br />Payrolls <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that Council approve the CETA <br />and regular payrolls as submitted. Motion carried unanimoUSly. <br /> <br />Diseased Tree Ordinance <br />McNlesh referred Council to her memo re Diseased Tree Removal - Special <br />Assessment; requested that Council determine rate of Interest to be <br />charged and over how many years (up to 5 yrs.) assessment should be <br />spread. <br /> <br />After discussion, Councl I concurred that the assessments be spread over <br />three (3) years 8 8% Interest; requests for spread up to 5 years to be <br />at discretion of the Council, upon request. <br /> <br />ZONING ORDINANCE REVIE~ <br /> <br />Council discussed the proposed Zoning Map. <br /> <br />After discussion, Crichton moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that Council <br />authorize Planner to re-draft the Proposed Zoning Map to show the area <br />south of Highway 96 as shown on the current Comprehensive Plan map, <br />as amended; area to north of Highway 96 to remain "pretty much as <br />shown on the Proposed Zoning map" (Industrial to be somewhat ~mal'.~ as <br />shown on Comprehensive Plan map). Motion carried (Crichton, Feyerelsen, <br />Crepeau voting In favor of the motion; Woodburn, Wingert voting In <br />opposition). <br /> <br />(Zehm was requested to note pending Zoning Ordinance items to be re- <br />solved; ordinance to be typed, incorporating changes, for Council's <br />consideration and approval.
