Feyereisen moved, seconded by Wingert, that Councl I approve giving the reproducible contour maps to Edwards and Kelsey, Inco at no charge, to be used for the flood Insurance studies for Arden Hills. Motion carried (Feyereisen, Wingert, Woodburn, Crepeau voting In favor of the motion; Crichton voting In opposition). (McNlesh was requested to run a tally of contour map sales for Council's consideration.) . CETA Payroll Crichton moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Co~ncl I approve the CETA Payroll as presented. Motion carried unanimously. Overtime Policy McNlesh referred Counci I to her memo of July 16th re overtime policy for Village emptoyeeso Councl I took no action to change present procedure of paying time and one-half for al I employees over a 40 hour week. Proposed Letter to International Union of Operatin~ En~lneers Council was referred to proposed letter offering certain changes and Improvements to the 1975-76 agreement for public works employees covered under an agreement with the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local No. 49. After discussion, letter was approved and Clerk Administrator was authorized to send letter, as amended.
