Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Overtime Policy <br />McNlesh referred Counci I to her memo of July 16th re overtime <br />policy for Village emptoyeeso <br /> <br />Councl I took no action to change present procedure of paying time <br />and one-half for al I employees over a 40 hour week. <br /> <br />Proposed Letter to International Union of Operatin~ En~lneers <br />Council was referred to proposed letter offering certain changes <br />and Improvements to the 1975-76 agreement for public works employees <br />covered under an agreement with the International Union of Operating <br />Engineers, Local No. 49. <br /> <br />After discussion, letter was approved and Clerk Administrator was <br />authorized to send letter, as amended. <br /> <br />ZonlnQ Ordinance Review <br />Deterred to next Counci I Meeting- <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />Woodburn, moved, seconded by Crichton, that the meeting adjourn at <br />12:50 a.m. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />~.~~ <br /> <br />Charlotte McNlesh <br />Clerk Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Notice of Meetin~ <br />The next Regular Council Meeting will be held on Monday, July 26, 1976, <br />at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Hall. <br />
