Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Case No. 76-22, Robert C. Jersak - Sideyard Setback Variance for <br />Garaqe - 1921 West County Road 0 <br />Council was referred to sketch of property and proposed garage <br />location, and to reports from Board of Appeals, Planner and Planning <br />Commlssiono <br /> <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Crichton, trat Counci I approve the 4' <br />sldeyard setback variance for a garage at 1921 West County Road 0, <br />as requested. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Case No. 76-21, Mrs. Paul Thorne - Lot Split and Consolidation <br />Wingert referred Counci I to the Planning Commission recommendations <br />(Minutes of 7/6/76~ and Mrs. Thorne requested that a spilt of 15' <br />(adding 15' to the rear of her lot) be approved. <br /> <br />l\tter discussion, Wingert moved, seconded by Feyereisen, that Counci I <br />concur with the Planning Commission's recommendation .to approve the <br />splitof 10' from 1.0"1" 15 and addition of 10' to l.ot 2; resultant <br />lots being the toi lowing dimensions: <br />Lot 2 - 100' X 135' <br />Lot 15 - 100' X 140' <br /> <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />f:ase No. 76,,20, Bethel College - Amend",d Bui I di ng' Permi t <br />Mr. Lissner explained the changing needs of the College and <br />described the proposed 4-level addition to Bui Iding "0" rather <br />than construction of Bui Idlng "C" as or-iglnally proposed; stated <br />that construction of the "diamond-shape,d" bui Iding is precluded by <br />this addition to Bul Jding D; request does not affect plans for <br />Bui Idlng "A", not yet constructedo <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Atter review of amended site and landscape plans, dated 7/19/76, <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Counci I approve issuance <br />of the Bui Iding Permit for the 8ui Iding "0" addition in accordance <br />with plans submitted. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE TREASURER DONALD LAMB <br /> <br />July Investment Transaction <br />Treasurer Lamb referred Council to list of Investments and rates <br />from 11/14/74 to 7/16/76 for Council's consideration, and reported <br />the Investment of $150,000 at 5.85% for 9 ffionths on 7/16/76. <br /> <br />Woodburn moved, seconded by Crichton, that Councl I ratify the <br />Investment.
