<br />Minutes of Special Counci I Meeting <br />Pege foul- <br /> <br />June 21, 1976 <br /> <br />After review of Board of Appeals recommendations (4/25/75) and Plan- <br />ning Commission Minutes of 6/2/76. Feyereisen Moved, seconded by <br />Wingert, that Council approve the second curb cut to 3988 Glenvlew <br />Avenue contingent upon approval of Ramsey County Highway Department, <br />and subject to the provisions outlined in Board of Appeals report. <br />Motion did not carry (Feyereisen, Crepeau, voting in favor of the <br />motion; Wingert, Crichton,' Woodburn voting In opposltlonl. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE CLERK ADMiNISTRATOR CHARLOTTE MCNvESH <br /> <br />Payro II <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that <br />for the last half of June, as presented. <br /> <br />Council approve the Payroll <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Claims <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Crichton, that Counci I authorize payment <br />of $5.00 fee for renewal of Class S. C. Certificate for Wayne Launder- <br />ville. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />July Council Meetings <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Feyereisen, that the June 28. 1976 Council <br />meeting be cancelled and that July CouncIl Meetings be scheduled on <br />July 12, 19 and 26 at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Hall. <br /> <br />Retai I Sales Licenses <br />Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve retail <br />sales licenses for: <br /> <br />Carolyn's Cards and Gifts <br />Arsenal Sand and Gravel <br />as presented. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Bui Idlng Coordinator Costs <br />McNiesh referred Council to calculations re Bui Iding Coordinator Costs <br />provided by Buckley for Council's consideration; noted that Buckley <br />recommends that Counci I authorize payment in amount of $1127.00, <br />amount budgeted, rather than $1273.45, amount bi lied. <br /> <br />'fT <br /> <br />After discussion, Feyereisen moved, seconded by Crichton, that Councl I <br />epprove pe,..nt of Bulldln, Coordlnetor cher,e. Motion carried unanlaously. <br /> <br />(It was noted that payment authorization was based on Buckley's recom- <br />mendation; that we pay amount quoted ($1,127) by School District prior <br />to 75-76 school year. I nsuranC8 Coverage for PO! ice Reserves <br />Counci I, after discussion, requested McNiesh to obtaIn <br />estimate of Insurance cost for reserve officers. <br /> <br />McNiesh was also requested to check to see if Village carries <br />acciden~ insurance for pol ice, Counci I etc. (special accident <br />po I icy). <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />B.
