Counci I determined that "remodel ing" should not be <br />deleted. Sentence to be added to 1st paragraph of B. <br />"If cost of remodeling exceeds 10' of fair market value <br />of structure, it will require a Special Use Permit." <br /> <br />In third paragraph of B., insert In 1st sentence "or <br />remodeling" after such repairs. <br />p. 4-25E. Council approved following re-write: <br />A single family dwelling and customary accessory buildings <br />may be erected in any distriCT In which single family <br />dwel lings are permitted on any single lot of record at <br />the effective date of adoption of or amendment to this <br />Ordinance. This provision applies to lots which do not <br />meet area requirements and/or do not meet width require- <br />ments, but meet other requirements of the district In <br />which the lot is located. <br />p. 4-27. D.
